| I provide financial statements with no notes and no cash flows to a write-up client. I attach an accountant's report to these financial statements. I would like to provide a schedule of specific financial statement elements or line items that will be for management use only and will not be attached to the regular financials. I think all I need to do is address this in an engagement letter, but I'm looking for the right approach to add this as part of the engagement letter for the compilation of the regular financial statements, tax returns, and other attest services. I use PPC CAR for reference and did not see anything that specifically addressed this situation. These schedules would be mainly for business consulting. Is there a way to do this and keep it separate from the regular financial statements? In other words, I do not want this presented as supplementary information. | |
