I am a licensed attorney since 1985. I am a sole practitioner, in general practice. This past year, as the economy has begun to heat up, I have found myself doing more entity type law, especially as it concerns partnership law matters (LLCs etc).

I am an experienced general practice lawyer. A little history which I've mentioned in a few posts here: For 15 years, I worked to advise hospitals on Medicare-Medicaid and malpractice issues, and formed a law firm that became one of the largest debt collection firms in GA, with many hospital, doctor, and business clients. We were able to sell our firm to an out of state firm, and I went back into solo practice where I do a little of everything, and I enjoy it.

(I am known as the Board expert on Sec. 266. And not known as the Board expert on Sec. 1244. However, you may have to remind me (just kidding, sort of)).
