I work for that store front they hate also ... I saw the tax alert today. I wonder if that really is their position or just the Tax Int. I asked the DM if that was our position in Florida ... no answer. I think it could be bad Public ... I don't see a major corp saying ignore the law because it has been been enforced lately ....

April 15 discussion
Hi, Dan - would you mind if I moved your question to either Chat (it's a good chat topic) or the Practice Management forum (re: office scheduling)? It's not an actual tax question, and as we get closer to...well, April 15, people seem to be getting touchier about some of the questions in the tax forum. If you have a preference, let me know. Which forum it moves to may slightly affect the types of responses you get (more chatty on the chat forum, as you might expect).
